Gleneagles Hotel and Golf Courses
This aerial panoramic photograph of The Gleneagles Hotel and Golf Courses was taken by James Blakeway. From left to right are the challenging 5,965 yard Queen's Course, the famous 6,790 yard King's Course and at 7,088 yards, The PGA Centenary Course. The King's and Queen's Courses were designed by the first man to win five Open Championships, James Braid. The King's Course opened in 1919 and is considered a masterpiece that tests even the best players' shot-making skills. Venue of the 2014 Ryder Cup, The PGA Centenary Course, designed by Jack Nicklaus was opened in 1993 and is a modern classic.
A stunning panoramic view of the lush green Perthshire landscape, and one of the world's golfing Meccas! If you have played Gleneagles, or if you simply dream of one day teeing off at one of Scotland's greatest courses, this print is perfect for home or office. A truly spectacular piece for your wall!
